Veeraswamy Ravichandran, known as V Ravichandran, is an actor, director, producer, director and director of Indian music, best known as “The Show Man” at Kannada Cinema, for his multi-faceted works in his associated films.
Son of the famous film producer N. Veeraswamy, He made his debut as an actor in Khadeema Kallaru (1982) as an antagonist. Premaloka (1987), which has become one of the most profitable blockbusters of Kannada cinema. As a producer, he continues to direct Sri Eswari Productions. He is affectionately and popularly known as the crazy star of Kannada cinema.
He was born in Tirunelveli, Madras State (now Tamil Nadu), India. His parents are N. Veeraswamy and Pattammal. His father, N. Veeraswamy, is a remarkable producer of the film industry of South India and his family is a Tamil-speaking mudaliar community. He married Sumathi on Valentine’s Day; February 14, 1986. The couple has a daughter Geethanjali and two sons, Manoranjan and Vikram. Manoranjan made his acting debut with Saheba (2017).
