Rajasekhar, born Rajasekhar Varadharajan, is an Indian actor known for his works in Telugu cinema. During a career of more than thirty years, he played various roles. He played in Blockbusters films, He won Best Actor Award in 2 films – Telugu for Magaadu and Anna. Throughout his career, he has appeared in more than 75 films. Saikumar Pudipeddi, the Telugu actor, doubled his voice in all his Telugu films, with the exception of the 2003 film Villain, which Sai’s younger brother, P. Ravi Shankar, doubled for Rajasekhar and Vijayan respectively.

He married Jeevitha and has two daughters. His daughter Shivani would make his debut in films with the upcoming film Vanda Ki Vanda. Jeevitha was recently named one of nine members of the Central Film Certification Board (CBFC), chaired by Pahlaj Nihalani.
